performance management & engagement associate (fixed-term)

What you will focus on

• Support end-to-end the development and implementation of the performance management process

• Communicate the process with relevant stakeholders and creates/ updates necessary booklets

• Participate in the performance evaluation results analysis and creates necessary reports

• Support the development, analysis, and management of key performance indicators as part of the annual goal setting

• Participate in the Associate Engagement results analysis, create relevant reports and presentations producing valuable insights and support the communication with the relevant stakeholders

• Assist in the design and implementation of engagement projects and events

Who are we looking for

• BSc in Business Administration, Economics or Science related fields

• 1-3 years’ experience in a related field

• MS suite literate 

• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
