What you'll do

Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection compliance regulations

- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and affinity with technology and data flows
- Law / Information Security / Any Fieldpreferred

About the job
As Manager Deputy Data Protection Officer, you will be joining our Group Data Protection team. You will work closely with the Group Data Protection Officer, brand privacy leads, legal counsel, risk and compliance teams, and business stakeholders across Europe to strengthen data protection practices and ensure compliance with GDPR and related regulations.
Key focus areas of your role
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
Implement and maintain the Group GDPR compliance framework, including policies, procedures, controls, records of processing activities, and privacy awareness initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for European brands on routine DPIA reviews and privacy risk assessments, ensuring alignment with group standards and regulatory requirements.
Support monitoring and assurance activities, including compliance reviews, KPI reporting, identification of improvement opportunities, and quarterly reporting to the Group GRC Committee.
Assist in the evaluation of brand compliance and the identification of areas for improvement
Support the DPO in monitoring brand compliance with the data protection control framework.

The ingredients you bring
Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Law, Information Security, or a related field.
CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent privacy certification preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or a related legal/compliance role.
Working knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
Experience supporting or conducting DPIAs and privacy risk assessments.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Aside from this, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, collaboration, integrity, effective communication, and an affinity with technology and data flows will help you thrive in this role
