Monitor and control the safe and cost-efficient technical operation of assigned LNG vessels using the available resources, the defined parameters of cost, commercial viability, and operational excellence in line with Owners’ expectations. &nbsp; Key Accountabilities: Technical Support <ul><li>Understand the customers’ contractual agreements to be able to deliver the ship management services for each vessel, in a cost-efficient manner. </li><li>Review the compliance of deliverables from subcontractors’ agreements and requirements to ensure the optimum, efficient, and safe operation of each assigned vessel. </li><li>Monitor the operations of equipment and machineries, identify potential discrepancies, and suggest solutions to enhance vessels’ efficiency, performance, and safety. </li><li>Participate in the development of maintenance and repairs plan. Ensure that time schedule, deliverables quality and budget are within the borders of the contractual agreement and organization’s procedure. </li><li>Project the requirements in maintenance and repairs activities, spare parts, and technical training of the vessels. Forecast the budget needed, report to Manager and remain within the limits of the established maintenance plan. You'll be a part of a collaborative team that oversees vessel conformity with the requirements of flag states, classification societies, and port states, according to the International Safety Management Code (ISM). By joining this vital team, you'll ensure that the Technical and Marine operations of our managed vessels are safely and efficiently executed. Job Description: Oversees and monitors the overall safety, security, nautical and commercial operation (including commercial effectiveness and voyage efficiency) of the assigned ships. Ensure OHSE, Energy and Environmental policies are upheld. Key Accountabilities: Support our company's strategic goals Monitoring updates and proposing improvements in safety, security and commercial effectiveness and voyage efficiency of vessels assigned to fleet team by participating in relevant seminars, and implementing Group initiatives, alerts, and incident corrective actions. Marine support to ships <ul><li>Provide commercial and operational support to assigned vessel for the effective fulfilment of voyage and cargo requirements. </li><li>Manage relationship with owner and charterer </li></ul>Safety of operations <ul><li>Monitor navigational operation, voyage performance, commercial operation and cargo operation of the assigned vessel to ensure compliance with statutory industry standards, national and international rules and regulations, safety regulations and operational standards of our company and that of the vessel owner. </li><li>Assist (TSI) with identifying potential discrepancies from operational standards and proposes solutions for effective operation of the navigational and cargo equipment of the assigned vessels. </li><li>Monitors that all assigned vessels possess the required statutory certification for safe operation in accordance with Class, Port State Control and Flag State requirements, maritime legislation, safety regulations and operational standards of both our company and vessels owners. </li><li>Identifies elevated risk conditions and circumstances in a timely manner and provides support and guidance to Technical Superintendents and Masters to adequately mitigate such risks. Marine Superintendent (Cyprus - Based in Greece)

<ul><li>Executes the administrative and secretarial tasks of the department in order to support the effective operation of the department and the vessels managed by the SMC. Organizes, coordinates and performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties.</li><li>Executes the secretarial and administrative tasks of the department, in order to support the Fleet Manager and the members of the Fleet Team in performing their role.</li><li>Maintains records of assigned vessels certificates, and facilitates the preservation of their validity, in respect of Class, Flag, and International regulations. Maintains Class module.</li><li>Monitors Compliance module or similar.</li><li>Assists Fleet Manager and Superintendents with TMSA and other similar external audit related works.</li><li>Assists Superintendents with PAL administrative works.</li><li>Develops and updates the archive of the department, so as to keep good record of all department actions and relationships. Timely updates general data bases of the department.</li><li>Monitors timely submission of the inspection, quarterly and dry dock reports to the appropriate stakeholders. Assists Superintendents in finalizing their reports, if required. Maintains copies and updates the Ship’s Inspection List.</li><li>Monitors, keeps record and supplies ship’s stationary.</li><li>If required, assists with travel arrangements, visas, etc, coordinates meetings of Fleet Team. Processes invoices, checks correctness, signature and stamp, filing.
