Monitoring and maintaining records of vessels completed / overdue PMS items. Keeping the respective Fleet Managers and Technical Superintendents fully appraised. Assist vessels and the technical teams in their purchasing and service requirements as required. Ensure full usage of the company software and IT platforms.&nbsp;Ensure&nbsp;OHSE, Energy and Environmental compliance policies are upheld.Key Accountabilities:Support to end-users<ul><li>Responsible for the installation, implementation, upgrading and maintaining of PMS systems on vessels.</li><li>Providing operational support for on-going PMS database updated and requests for PMS and PMS-related information. Giving necessary guidance/trouble-shooting and assistance on PMS to the ship staff.</li><li>Conducting necessary training and familiarisation to ship/shore staff on the use and maintenance of PMS.</li><li>Responsible for assisting with the day to day monitoring of the computerised PMS across the Technical Fleet, investigating faults and upgrading the system. Technical Officer - PMS

<ul><li>Executes the administrative and secretarial tasks of the department in order to support the effective operation of the department and the vessels managed by the SMC. Organizes, coordinates and performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties.</li><li>Executes the secretarial and administrative tasks of the department, in order to support the Fleet Manager and the members of the Fleet Team in performing their role.</li><li>Maintains records of assigned vessels certificates, and facilitates the preservation of their validity, in respect of Class, Flag, and International regulations. Maintains Class module.</li><li>Monitors Compliance module or similar.</li><li>Assists Fleet Manager and Superintendents with TMSA and other similar external audit related works.</li><li>Assists Superintendents with PAL administrative works.</li><li>Develops and updates the archive of the department, so as to keep good record of all department actions and relationships. Timely updates general data bases of the department.</li><li>Monitors timely submission of the inspection, quarterly and dry dock reports to the appropriate stakeholders. Assists Superintendents in finalizing their reports, if required. Maintains copies and updates the Ship’s Inspection List.</li><li>Monitors, keeps record and supplies ship’s stationary.</li><li>If required, assists with travel arrangements, visas, etc, coordinates meetings of Fleet Team. Processes invoices, checks correctness, signature and stamp, filing. Fleet Secretary

Contributes in the accurate update of all accounting records and general ledger of both SMC and assigned vessels according to the accounting rules.Key Accountabilities:Vessels’ Accounting Operation&nbsp;<ul><li>Receives the billing reports, disbursements and invoices and carries out the initial checks and verifications of input data and related information,&nbsp;so as to&nbsp;determine their completeness and accuracy before any accounting or financial transaction is executed.
