We are seeking a skilled and data-savvy Performance Marketing Executive specialised in mobile applications to join our dynamic team. Working in a rapidly evolving and agile environment, you will be responsible for the mobile app marketing landscape, with an emphasis on driving growth via app acquisition strategies.Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for app campaigns across various platforms.</li><li>Conduct targeted audience research tailored to app users.</li><li>Analyse campaign data to optimise app-specific metrics and user engagement.</li><li>Prepare insightful reports to communicate app campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Manage advertising budgets to ensure a strong ROI in app marketing campaigns.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis to understand our key competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of our marketing campaigns.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to refine campaign strategies.</li></ul>Main requirements:<ul><li>BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a focus on managing large-scale app campaigns.</li><li>Proven experience in an app-first business environment, especially in the financial services or gaming industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of app-tailored digital advertising platforms (I.e., Google Ads, Meta, and AppLovin).</li><li>Experience in using third party app measurement platforms (i.e., Firebase, AppsFlyer) and competitor analysis platforms (i.e.,&nbsp;data.ai).</li><li>Advanced skills in data analysis and optimisation techniques, with a focus on app marketing metrics and KPIs.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Very good knowledge of English.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li></ul>Benefit from:<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package, plus performance-related rewards.</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment.</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities.</li></ul>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!

Performance Marketing Executive (Mobile App)

As a Junior Systems Monitoring Officer working within our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of risks for the company, relating to our systems and the various products we offer to our clients and partners.
