We are looking for an energetic and passionate IT Service Desk Administrator who will monitor, maintain and provide high quality systems support to the company’s department. You will be responsible for managing and resolving IT related issues/queries in an efficient and effective manner. You will also be involved in the company’s other IT projects as required. As a Junior Systems Monitoring Officer working within our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of risks for the company, relating to our systems and the various products we offer to our clients and partners.
