<ul><li>Responsible for the lifecycle of the assigned platform(s)<ul><li>Research for the technologies, tools and technical solutions that are most suited for the development and improvement of our platform applications</li><li>Participate and apply best practices on the research, development, testing, deployment and monitoring phases of the lifecycle of the applications&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the orderly operation of the assigned platforms, their related initiatives and projects, and for communications between the internal teams and the platform vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for assigned platform tasks:<ul><li>Compiling operations SLAs and performance KPls</li><li>Performing capacity planning when needed</li><li>Ensuring that high availability is achieved and maintained for the related platforms</li><li>Compiling the necessary scenarios and performing the related unit tests in order to ensure that all application changes work as intended and do not introduce regressions</li><li>Managing platform related deployments</li><li>Troubleshooting applications and infrastructure resources and devising the necessary fixes along with the application vendors</li><li>Managing the daily operations of the platforms</li><li>Providing and enriching platform technical documentation</li><li>Acting as an intermediate between technology partners and vendors</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Horizontal peers<ul><li>Cooperates with other colleagues on issues and processes that require cross-functional collaboration</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Projects<ul><li>Participates in projects as a team member or leads projects as an accountable owner, contributing time, skills and &nbsp;knowledge</li></ul></li></ul>

ASSISTANT PLATFORM OWNER

Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage and monitor Azure Infrastructure (Systems, Firewalls, Load Balancers, etc.).</li><li>Troubleshooting Azure network and performance issues.</li><li>Perform system maintenance and updates.</li><li>Operate and maintain security and backup policies.</li><li>Monitor performance and ensure systems’ availability on both physical and cloud datacenters.</li><li>Remediation of issues impacting the operation of the corporate voice and data infrastructure.</li><li>Root cause analysis for failures to H/W or O/S level and drive corrective action.</li><li>Monitoring infrastructure incidents and making recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors.</li><li>Ensure optimal operation of all network hardware equipment such as Routers.</li><li>Participate in team projects both internally and companywide.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Required Knowledge and skills:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>At least three (3) years of relevant experience</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Windows Server OS (2016, 2019, 2022) and their components (AD, Entra ID, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Azure Administration (Azure Administrator or Architect certification will be considered a plus)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of O365 and M365 services</li><li>Good knowledge of enterprise networking (VLANs, Routing, Switching, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.)</li><li>Familiar with Databases like MS SQL, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Soft Skills:&nbsp;<ul><li>Team player with problem-solving skills and</li><li>Ability to learn, adapt, communicate, and organize</li><li>Ability to work with minimum supervision</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Deadline oriented</li></ul>
