As the Product and Delivery Director in Worldline's payments division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of payment solutions. Accounts Receivable Officer

The Legal Department of Worldline in Greece is seeking an In-House Lawyer specialized in commercial contracts. This role involves collaborating closely with various teams within the organization and engaging with the organization’s stakeholders to provide legal support on commercial and corporate matters.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Report directly to the Head of Legal Greece.</li><li>Analyze legal needs related to commercial contract (payment services contraction, POS contract, gateway and acquiring contract) in close collaboration with business units and project teams.</li><li>Negotiate contracts&nbsp;(esp. licenses, and service agreements).</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures across the local affiliates.</li><li>Conduct legal research and drafting of information notes for Greek management.</li><li>Monitor and stay updated on regulations impacting Worldline's operations across our Merchant&nbsp;Services business lines.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree (minimum Master’s level), ideally supplemented by international experience.</li><li>ca. 3 years of successful experience in law firms or in-house legal departments, preferably in an international environment, with a focus on IT or banking sectors.</li><li>Proven experience with complex IT partnerships or PSP contracts, including public procurement processes.</li><li>Strong expertise in the following areas:</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Contract Law</li><li>Data Protection</li><li>Intellectual Property</li><li>Payment and Banking regulations</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent command of legal and business English, both written and oral.</li></ul>&nbsp;Personal Attributes:&nbsp;<ul><li>Detail-oriented, operationally-minded, and capable of working autonomously with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Motivated, responsive, and able to handle diverse projects.</li><li>Strong aptitude to build relationships with lawyers in France and other countries (Europe, LATAM, Asia) as well as with various functions of the Group (Finance, Operations, CSR, etc.).</li><li>Practical mindset with the ability to adapt and seek pragmatic, effective solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies</li></ul>
