The FCC Governance is a critical function for Worldline, enabling consistent and transparent management of Financial Crime Compliance and Risk. The function ensures that Group FCC expectations are translated into standards, management information, and reporting structures that allow the business and senior leadership to steer FCC risk confidently.By providing robust frameworks, metrics, digitalisation solutions, and data-driven insight, the Governance Office helps build trust with regulators and customers, supports informed decision-making, and strengthens sustainable, responsible growth.You will work cross-functionally with various Group teams (Risk, Technology &amp; Data, Legal, Audit), as well as local second-line and first-line functions. Your focus will be on management information, technology alignment, digitalisation, data integration, FCC performance visibility, and transparent reporting to senior management and governance bodies.&nbsp;Day-to-Day Responsibilities<ul><li>Define, maintain, and evolve the FCC Management Information Framework (KPIs, KRIs, thresholds, methodology).</li><li>Ensure risk visibility by collecting, validating, and analysing FCC data, enabling clear reporting to Senior Management, the Audit Committee, and the Board.</li><li>Build and maintain FCC dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, comparability, and timely insights.</li><li>Partner with Technology &amp; Data teams to ensure FCC tooling, data models, digitalisation, and AI initiatives are aligned to MI and oversight requirements.</li><li>Provide structured FCC inputs into Board / ExCom reporting, governance forums, and regulatory updates.&nbsp;</li><li>Govern FCC targets, performance indicators, and tracking methodologies to support entity-level readiness and maturity evolution.</li><li>Coordinate with the Group Control / QA team to ensure clarity of control ownership and traceability.</li><li>Assess FCC resource maturity across entities and identify resourcing and training needs to support delivery of FCC obligations and operating model evolution.</li><li>Collaborate with other Group FCC teams to support implementation of the multi-year FCC strategy, ensuring a consolidated view of current status, progress, and forward-looking elements.</li><li>Contribute to capability uplift by supporting training enablement, knowledge dissemination, and documentation.</li></ul>&nbsp;Who Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers who can drive positive change, bring a can-do attitude, and show a hunger to learn and grow. Group FCC officer

The AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of the Payment Service Provider (PSP) industry and financial crime compliance (FCC).Balancing high-level operational execution with strategic coordination, the AMLCO provides AML-CFT and sanctions regulatory expertise to all three lines of defense (1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD) and supports broader business and operational functions.&nbsp;Day-to-Day Responsibilities​&nbsp;<ul><li>Advisory &amp; Compliance Support: Provide expert guidance on AML-CFT compliance across all levels of defense and business operations, assisting with day-to-day activities when required.</li><li>Regulatory Monitoring &amp; Analysis: Track FCC regulatory developments, assess their impact, and support implementation.</li><li>Policy Implementation &amp; Oversight: Ensure compliance with AML-CFT regulations by coordinating activities through regular and ad hoc meetings. In practice this means:&nbsp;<ul><li>Proven experience in the payment services sector, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 3+ years in an AML or FCC advisory role (e.g., AML Officer, AML Regulatory Advisor).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of EU AML regulations, sanctions regimes, and global compliance frameworks; expertise in external fraud and financial crime compliance is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in AML, terrorist financing (TF), and sanctions compliance.</li><li>Experience in regulatory engagement</li><li>Recognized FCC certifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent).</li><li>Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence key stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in people management is an advantage.</li><li>Very Fluent English Speaker. AML Officer – Acquiring is a key member of the risk and compliance function, responsible for the proactive monitoring, investigation, and mitigation of anti-money laundering (AML) risks related to merchants using card acceptance services (POS, e-commerce, etc.).&nbsp;Day-to-Day Responsibilities​&nbsp;<ul><li>Conduct ongoing AML monitoring of merchants, focusing on high-risk MCCs, cross-border activities, and non-face-to-face business models.</li><li>Lead Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and periodic risk re-assessments of merchants.</li><li>Investigate alerts and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with local and EU AML regulations.</li><li>Review onboarding requests from an AML/CFT perspective and provide approval recommendations.</li><li>Stay up to date with evolving AML regulations (e.g., EU AML Directives, FATF guidelines) and ensure internal policies and procedures remain compliant.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee daily monitoring of transactional activity for suspicious or fraudulent patterns across POS and e-commerce merchants.</li><li>Design, implement, and fine-tune AML detection rules within AML monitoring systems (e.g., rule-based engines, machine learning models).</li><li>Lead AML case investigations, assess merchant-level risks, and recommend corrective or preventive actions (e.g., merchant suspension, onboarding block).</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and contribute to the continuous enhancement of prevention strategies.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Who Are We Looking For&nbsp;We look for big thinkers.
