Wolt has been growing rapidly in Greece ever since we entered the market in Athens in January 2019, and we've now expanded into 6 other cities as well. As a company we've always prided ourselves on providing truly outstanding customer service&nbsp;and as the business has grown so has our Support team!&nbsp;As such, we need a Shift Planner (WFM) to take responsibility for shift scheduling and headcount planning processes within the Support team. You’ll need to be comfortable with working with data in complex, high-paced service operations environment. In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but is also expected to be an amazing independent contributor with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.What you'll be doing<ul><li>Create and maintain shift schedules for our delivery workforce using our WFM and BI tools and spreadsheets.</li><li>Monitor and analyze shift performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with different teams to ensure staffing levels are optimized.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shift schedules, time off requests, and other related data. WFM Specialist

Wolt Accounts Payable (AP) team plays a vital role in managing the company’s outgoing financial obligations. We are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, contributing to smooth financial operations through strong attention to detail and strict compliance with internal and external requirements.As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are leveraging Rossum - an AI-based document processing platform that integrates with our company's financial systems—to streamline and automate invoice processing.Currently, 11 associates are part of the Rossum AP team, working with invoices from over 10 countries. With the number of countries set to more than double in the near future, we are expanding our team. New team members will play a key role in onboarding additional countries into the Rossum platform. AP Associate - Greek Speaker (fixed term contract 12 months)

What you'll be doing<ul><li>Employee Lifecycle Management – Oversee end-to-end processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and payroll-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within Workday.</li><li>Advanced HR Advisory (Tier 2 Support) – Address complex HR inquiries, provide expert guidance on employment matters, and support the team in navigating people-related challenges.</li><li>HR Program Execution – Partner with stakeholders to drive local key central HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent development programs, ensuring smooth implementation.</li><li>Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to influence strategic workforce planning and decision-making.</li><li>Employee Relations and Compliance – Handle sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism and fairness, ensuring alignment with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>HR System Optimization – Continuously refine and enhance HR systems, including Workday and Quinyx, among others, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement – Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance employee experience, and contribute to a positive and high-performing work culture.</li></ul>Our humble expectations&nbsp;HR expertise and experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an HR Generalist ideally in a global, scaling environment.</li><li>Strong grasp of HR best practices and hands-on experience with day-to-day people processes.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the Greek legal landscape, including statutory employment legislation and compliance requirements. Knowledge of other legislations (Malta, Albania, Cyprus, Kosovo) will be considered an asset.</li><li>Familiarity with shift work regulations and processes is highly valued.</li></ul>Technical proficiency<ul><li>Skilled in HRIS platforms like Workday or similar and experienced in maintaining HR policies and handling compensation and benefit topics.</li><li>Passion for leveraging technology and data to optimize HR processes.</li></ul>Communication and collaboration<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.</li><li>Comfortable working in hybrid global environments using digital tools like Slack and Zoom.</li></ul>Language skills<ul><li>Full fluency in Greek and English;&nbsp;</li></ul>Mindset and attitude<ul><li>Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.</li><li>Positive team player with excellent networking and collaboration skills in diverse settings.</li></ul>
