The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores that deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across 21 countries can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed! Reporting to the Head of Category Management of Wolt Market Greece, the Category Manager is responsible for building and managing the assortment and trading plan, including pricing and promotions. The role also involves developing strong relationships with suppliers and taking full ownership of category performance across assigned categories in the Greek market.The Category Manager works closely with Wolt Market stores to ensure the right assortment on every location, Content team, and Supply Chain to ensure that there is always stock. The person also works with retail partners to ensure constant optimisation of trading performance. Other key stakeholders include operations, marketing, and data teams to define and develop all necessary reporting, data models, tools and products to drive category performance in local stores. You’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent manager with an exceptional ability to execute every single day. Head of Courier Strategy & Innovation, South Region

Our Global Workforce Management (WFM) team is at the heart of this mission, ensuring we can meet customer needs swiftly and efficiently, no matter where they are. We're looking for a Global Intraday Lead to join our team and drive a unified, global approach to real-time WFM across more than 30 countries.In this high-impact role, you'll be instrumental in shaping how we monitor, manage, and react in real-time. You'll coordinate with over 120 shift leads, establishing standardized processes, tools, and playbooks to maximize service levels and ensure we can recover quickly from any unexpected incidents. Your work will be critical to our success, and you'll collaborate closely with regional WFM leads, global planning teams, and real-time coordinators. Workforce Management Global Intraday Lead

As Regional Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for driving capital efficient growth by improving our consumer experience by focusing on Loyalty and Pricing &amp; Incentives within Wolt’s South region. Your focus will be to execute, track and monitor initiatives to improve our consumer engagement, making our users come back to our platform again and again, excited with the service and experience they have with Wolt.
