Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a&nbsp;Night Auditor&nbsp;for the summer season of 2025 at the Atlantica Imperial 5* in Rhodes island.As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our hotel's smooth and efficient operation during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities encompass a range of financial, operational, and guest service duties:Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct accurate and detailed audits of daily financial transactions, including room charges, adjustments, and revenue postings.</li><li>Reconcile and balance all hotel accounts, ensuring precision and adherence to accounting standards.</li><li>Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, providing a seamless and welcoming experience.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to meet specific guest requests and preferences.</li><li>Generate and distribute nightly reports to the management team, summarizing key financial and operational metrics.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and activities during the night shift.</li><li>Proficiently navigate and utilize hotel management systems, point-of-sale systems, and related software.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in handling unexpected situations and adapting to changing circumstances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal audit procedures and external regulations governing the hotel industry.</li><li>Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, seeking effective resolutions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a night audit, accounting, or related role within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Familiarity with hotel operations, financial transactions, and night shift responsibilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational, time-management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and/or escalated guest issues and find creative solutions</li><li>Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices, including customer service and guest experience.</li><li>Proficient in English, additional languages a plus.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with hotel management systems.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary and other benefits (as per local legislation)</li><li>Advanced opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Accommodation (if necessary) and board</li><li>Participation in educational programs</li><li>Diverse and multicultural environments</li><li>Professional skills development</li></ul>&nbsp;
