Our HR function enables the organisation to maximize the contribution of people to the delivery of our strategic goals. In our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we are seeking for a high-caliber tech recruiter, who will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of critical TA projects, partnering with key stakeholders of Network and Information Technology divisions. If you have a passion for making an impact for millions of customers, a knack for connecting with diverse people and a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you!&nbsp;More specifically you will:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Own and deliver critical TA projects with focus on Vodafone’s Network and Information Technology divisions, acting as an expert consultant to multiple stakeholders•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deliver restless research, high-quality assessment of potential, skills and behaviours as well as functional excellence throughout the TA process, to ensure that our TA KPIs will be met (candidate experience, time-to-hire, diversity etc.)&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers across different Tech teams, to analyse hiring needs and deliver effective attraction, sourcing and selection strategies aiming at hiring top-tier talent•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with Vodafone’s global TA community, sharing best practices and co-working on the effective launch and adoption of future-ready TA tools with AI-based functionalities&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Vodafone in career events and meet-ups&nbsp;Who you are•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You have gained 2+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within a tech-driven environment•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You possess strong stakeholder management skills and capability of managing multiple projects in a tech-driven, fast-paced and agile environment•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You have learning agility, resilience, genuine curiosity and passion for technology&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You have strong critical thinking and judgement ability as well as advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You seek the opportunity to be an evangelist of a high-performing brand and a “be yourself” culture, connecting experienced and young talent with our tech EVPNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
