As a Treasury Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s treasury and finance functions by helping identify, monitor, and manage financial risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange. You will contribute to the independent review and enhancement of the liquidity risk management framework, supporting regulatory compliance, governance, and effective risk reporting.In this role, you’ll work closely with Treasury, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, as well as global stakeholders, to deliver analytical insights and process improvements that strengthen the company’s financial resilience. Your work will directly support informed decision-making and help ensure the organization maintains a strong and well-controlled risk profile as it continues to grow.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the independent review and challenge of the company’s liquidity risk framework, including data, metrics, limits, and reporting effectiveness.</li><li>Assist in the calibration of liquidity risk limits and perform independent reviews of the liquidity risk management framework.</li><li>Monitor and report on liquidity risks, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.</li><li>Conduct liquidity stress testing and provide oversight for related reporting and governance processes.</li><li>Perform analyses and document processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the treasury risk management framework.</li><li>Support critical, high-impact projects that influence the company’s financial results and risk profile.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with internal teams, global business partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear and accurate communication on risk matters.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, with exposure to treasury functions preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to treasury and financial risk management.</li><li>Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments, with an understanding of balance sheet dynamics.</li><li>Solid understanding of financial markets and instruments, including their impact on organizational risk and liquidity.</li><li>Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international operating environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li></ul> Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. Treasury Risk Analyst

As a Senior HR Implementation Manager, you will lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). You will oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out.</li><li>Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.</li><li>Become an expert user of the Deel HR tools to provide expert guidance on its features and functionalities, including its touch-points with other Deel products.</li><li>Using Project Management tools to guide clients through their onboarding journey, including guiding client through the planning phase during the sales cycle</li><li>Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Plan, validate, and test data transfers meticulously to prevent errors and minimize disruptions.</li><li>Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration, complying with relevant data protection regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver an optimal HR onboarding experience.</li><li>Contribute to the internal development of Deel HR migration processes, including recommended improvements to standard operating procedures and product automation opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of HR implementation experience</li><li>Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets</li><li>Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively</li><li>Experience with change management in enterprise settings</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices</li><li>Proficient in HR systems and related tools</li><li>Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support</li><li>Strong customer relationship management skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments</li><li>Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
