UNISON Human Resources SA,&nbsp;a consulting company in HR recruiting,&nbsp;is seeking to recruit&nbsp;on behalf of its client:&nbsp;Junior Marketing &amp; Sales Support&nbsp;EmployeeLocation:&nbsp;AthensCode: JMA/25&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with organizing participation in industry events and congresses.</li><li>Prepare and manage required contracts and approvals with internal systems.</li><li>Support logistics for booths, sponsorships, and promotional materials.</li><li>Communicate event details to internal stakeholders and follow up on post-event tasks.</li><li>Help coordinate travel and documentation for HCPs attending local and international events.</li><li>Prepare and manage required contracts and approvals with internal systems.</li><li>Assist with the approval and distribution of promotional and training materials.</li><li>Monitor Materials inventory and expiration dates and inform internal stakeholders accordingly (marketing team).</li><li>Provide logistical support for internal training sessions and marketing meetings (venue, meals, materials, travels ).</li><li>Help manage budgets and purchase orders (POs) for events and activities.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (e.g. medical, regulatory, finance) to ensure alignment on ongoing projects and grant support.</li><li>Prepare and manage required contracts (e.g. new vendors) and approvals with internal systems.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally in a marketing, admin, or event support role.</li><li>Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Fluent communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Icertis, ARA, or ALEX is a plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;Company offers<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Challenging working environment</li><li>Opportunity for career development</li><li>Continuous training</li></ul>&nbsp;
