TITAN Greece&nbsp;is looking for a&nbsp;Quarry &amp; Raw Materials Supervisor&nbsp;for our&nbsp;Thessaloniki plant. The position reports to the Plant Production Manager and is primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating quarry operations, managing the availability and quality of raw materials, and optimizing production processes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collects, evaluates, and utilizes data on raw material reserves and quarry operations to identify opportunities for improved resource utilization.</li><li>Collaborates with production unit engineers to assess the availability and quality of raw materials and proposes solutions for their optimal use.</li><li>Coordinates and monitors exploitation and rehabilitation studies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the implementation of new technologies.</li><li>Oversees daily quarry operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, operational efficiency, and production targets.</li><li>Monitors equipment performance, raw material extraction rates, and stock levels to optimize production flow and minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensures compliance with environmental and health &amp; safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and reporting deviations.</li><li>Conducts process audits to optimize the extraction and preparation of raw materials.</li><li>Monitors technological advancements in quarry exploitation and cascades knowledge to production units.</li><li>Participates in the design and implementation of training activities, contributing to the development of technical expertise within the team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Mining &amp; Metallurgical Engineering from a Polytechnic School.</li><li>Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience in a quarry or mining environment.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively.</li><li>Good command of English and proficiency in Ms Office.</li><li>Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).</li></ul>What we offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Annual medical check-up</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid supermarket cards</li><li>Learning and development opportunities</li><li>Internships and summer schools for employees’ children</li><li>Wellness programs and special offers</li></ul>At TITAN Group, we provide equal employment opportunities, rejecting all forms of discrimination. Quarry and Raw Materials Supervisor

TITAN Greece&nbsp;has an excellent opportunity for a&nbsp;back up&nbsp;Shift Supervisor&nbsp;for our Kamari Plant. The position reports to the&nbsp;Production Manager. The primary scope of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the plant, monitoring all phases of the production process and coordinating the work of the shift staff in rotating shifts, to meet production standards, always according to Health, Safety &amp; Environmental Rules.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate activities of production crews to produce clinker and cement according to quality control specifications and plant production goals</li><li>Inspect the plant daily to ensure all machinery is working properly and safely; Identify production and process problems and troubleshoot with the shift crew or the maintenance department</li><li>Prioritize, assign, and&nbsp;communicate job duties to employees working on the shift; control the work program as permitted by the needs of the department and in accordance with&nbsp;company policies</li><li>Oversee the work performed by staff and contractors as required for each job, to ensure completion in a timely and correct manner</li><li>Develop, train, and motivate subordinates or colleagues to ensure a productive work environment and high levels of efficiency and satisfaction</li><li>Ensure an adequate level of inventory of raw materials for clinker and cement</li><li>Prepare necessary reports to inform other functions about the performance of the shift including status of production operations, problems and adjustments being made to meet production goals.</li><li>Follow the operational instructions to keep all equipment running and producing product in specification.</li><li>Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in assigned work areas</li><li>Always maintain safe and clean work area; Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence, and enforcement of company business standards, as well as safety and development programs; Plan, coordinate and ensure safe operation of subcontractors.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>TEI Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, TEI in Infrastructure Projects, or related field, with appreciated experience in construction sites</li><li>2-4 years of relevant supervisory experience preferably in a rotating shift working program in a plant or industrial environment</li><li>Proficient planning, organization, and time-management abilities</li><li>Ability to work rotating shifts without direct supervision</li><li>Ability to communicate with internal and external parties in a collaborative, positive manner</li><li>Safety-minded and team-oriented attitude</li><li>Proactive attitude toward solving problem</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written)</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Annual checkup</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid cards for supermarket</li><li>Learning and Development opportunities</li><li>Internships and summer schools for employee children</li><li>Wellness programs and special offers</li></ul>&nbsp;At TITAN we provide equal opportunities for employment, prohibiting any kind of discrimination.
