Being part of an agile team, Android Developer will contribute to designing &amp; implementing Vodafone’s high volume and high impact mobile apps.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and develop new features and user-interface for Vodafone’s mobile apps and maintain existing ones. Transform functional requirements to technical user stories and assign business value. Write clean and maintainable code ensuring quality via unit testing.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contribute, as member of a cross functional agile team, in the research, analysis, design development and testing of solutions that best suit business and technology strategy. Be able to remove technical impediments and suggest alternatives.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be part of a powerful chapter that will give you the opportunity to take initiative and improve the codebase. Participate in code reviews and share feedback fostering the sense of community.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leverage our CICD infrastructure to develop and distribute apps faster. See how you can impact close to a million users through our state-of-the-art applications.Who you are•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least 2 years of experience in native Android application development. Koltin as a primary language. Knowledge in Compose, Coroutines and MVVM architecture is a huge plus.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong background in Computer science, Engineering or another relative field.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working experience in agile environments/teams will be highly appreciated.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with RESTful APIs, Retrofit and OKHttp client, clean architecture, JSON consumption and manipulation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with unit testing and testing frameworks like Mockito and Robolectric. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code versioning tools will be considered a plus.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
