We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in managing daily operations efficiently.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, managing both personal and professional tasks.</li><li>Handle scheduling and calendar management, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.</li><li>Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.</li><li>Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, responding appropriately.</li><li>Handle document management, filing, and contract administration as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Up to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with experience in creating high-quality presentations (strong plus).</li><li>Experience in scheduling and managing travel arrangements.</li><li>Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.</li><li>Flexibility with travelling</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Professional demeanor and appearance.</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Adaptability and ability to handle shifting priorities.</li><li>Flexibility to accommodate the executive’s schedule and requirements at Psychiko and Koropi.</li></ul>
