We are seeking a highly skilled&nbsp;Technical Buyer&nbsp;to join our dynamic procurement team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in purchasing electronic components and materials, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement strategies to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source, negotiate, and procure electronic components and materials for manufacturing operations.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure materials meet technical and operational specifications.</li><li>Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Manage procurement contracts and agreements, ensuring best terms and conditions.</li><li>Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and supply chain efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of&nbsp;5-7 years of experience&nbsp;in procurement, with a strong focus on&nbsp;electronics&nbsp;and electronic components.</li><li>Solid understanding of supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.</li><li>Experience in the defense or high-tech manufacturing industry is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
