We are looking for a skilled Group Consolidation and Reporting IFRS Specialist (m/w/d) to manage the transition of our German entities' financial statements from HGB to IFRS. Reporting to the Finance Director, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both IFRS and HGB, along with a strong understanding of group consolidation processes. This role will be key in preparing and consolidating financial statements, ensuring accurate reporting across all subsidiaries, and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the transition of financial statements for our German entities from HGB to IFRS and coordinate interim reporting for all subsidiaries</li><li>Manage the preparation of the consolidated group IFRS financial statements and the reporting packages of the Group, ensuring compliance with IFRS accounting standards</li><li>Further develop and refine reporting packages in alignment with evolving requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with group finance teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.</li><li>Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving reporting processes.</li><li>Monitor and assess changes in IFRS regulations, advising senior management on their impact.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable.&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant professional experience in an accounting or finance department, ideally within a group of companies or an auditing firm</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of IFRS and its application in manufacturing industries.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.&nbsp;Experience with consolidation software is a plus.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>

Cost Controlling Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic&nbsp;Senior M&amp;A Specialist&nbsp;to lead and execute high-impact mergers and acquisitions for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing end-to-end transaction processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external advisors, and senior executives to drive successful deal outcomes that align with our corporate growth strategy.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review acquisition strategies and assess alternatives.</li><li>Assess financial data, market trends and risks.</li><li>Perform valuation, deal structuring and enter into negotiations with target companies.</li><li>Engage with internal stakeholders and external advisors to coordinate the multiple workstreams of each project.</li><li>Collaborate with financial institutions to secure funding for acquisitions.</li><li>Prepare memos for updating the senior management.</li><li>Support the deal execution process.</li><li>Be involved in the post-merger integration.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 7&nbsp;years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record of executing M&amp;A transactions from start to finish, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Strong financial modeling and presentation skills</li><li>Professional qualification (CFA/ACCA or equivalent) would be a plus</li><li>Project management skills</li></ul>
