The&nbsp;Data and Business Intelligence Analyst&nbsp;is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights and strategies that enhance the airline’s performance.The dynamic and complex nature of the airline industry makes data analysis and business intelligence essential for maintaining a competitive and efficient operation. This is a crucial role in leveraging data to support strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li><li>Develop and implement data models, visualizations, and reports that facilitate understanding and decision-making.</li><li>Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and findings.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various systems and databases.</li><li>Clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a manner that is understandable to a diverse audience.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders (commercial and marketing) to understand their information needs.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Applied Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in a corporate setting.</li><li>Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI (preferred) or similar tools.</li><li>Good understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data manipulation and cleansing techniques.</li><li>Good knowledge and experience with SQL for querying and managing data.</li></ul>Preferrable Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in managing and optimizing existing BI reports and creating new ones tailored to business needs.</li><li>Basic understanding of statistical analysis or machine learning concepts, along with familiarity with a supportive programming language such as Python, is advantageous but not essential.</li></ul>About SKY express:We are the Greek multi-awarded airline for excellence and innovation in Europe, which is redefining the landscape of aviation. Data and Business Intelligence Analyst

The&nbsp;CRM &amp; Salesforce Specialist&nbsp;is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s CRM strategy.This role has a critical scope role in managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, by leveraging Salesforce, to enhance customer engagement, improve sales processes, and drive organizational growth.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute CRM campaigns using Salesforce, aligning with SKY Express’s business objectives.</li><li>Segment customers based on behavior and preferences for targeted communications.</li><li>Implement customer journeys and automated workflows to increase retention and conversion.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other platforms, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on performance.</li><li>Analyze and report on campaign KPIs, using insights to inform ongoing strategy.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across teams.</li><li>Project management skills</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce.</li><li>Background in digital marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).</li></ul>Preferrable Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SQL.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing.</li><li>Previous experience in the airline or travel sector.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Development plan opportunities within the company.</li><li>Health &amp; Medical Private Insurance.</li><li>Travel benefits on SKY express flights (including a’ grade family members).</li></ul>About SKY express:We are the Greek multi-awarded airline for excellence and innovation in Europe, which is redefining the landscape of aviation.
