The&nbsp;CRM &amp; Salesforce Specialist&nbsp;is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s CRM strategy.This role has a critical scope role in managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, by leveraging Salesforce, to enhance customer engagement, improve sales processes, and drive organizational growth.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute CRM campaigns using Salesforce, aligning with SKY Express’s business objectives.</li><li>Segment customers based on behavior and preferences for targeted communications.</li><li>Implement customer journeys and automated workflows to increase retention and conversion.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other platforms, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on performance.</li><li>Analyze and report on campaign KPIs, using insights to inform ongoing strategy.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across teams.</li><li>Project management skills</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce.</li><li>Background in digital marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).</li></ul>Preferrable Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SQL.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing.</li><li>Previous experience in the airline or travel sector.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Development plan opportunities within the company.</li><li>Health &amp; Medical Private Insurance.</li><li>Travel benefits on SKY express flights (including a’ grade family members).</li></ul>About SKY express:We are the Greek multi-awarded airline for excellence and innovation in Europe, which is redefining the landscape of aviation.
