The&nbsp;Catering &amp; Inflight Services Associate&nbsp;is responsible for ensuring the availability, quality, and safety of all items served to airline passengers, while also contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the airline’s catering supply chain.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and address any issues related to product quality, availability, or delivery reliability.</li><li>Implement inventory management systems and procedures to monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and minimize waste or spoilage.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, and inventory transactions related to food supply chain activities.</li><li>Generate reports, analytics to monitor inventory levels, and assess supplier performance.</li><li>Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.</li><li>Plan and schedule deliveries of products to various airport locations, and aircraft galley stores in alignment with flight schedules and operational requirements.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented and result oriented.</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in supply chain logistics, food/product procurement or industrial catering operations.</li><li>Knowledge in inventory management software.</li><li>Critical thinking and in-depth problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong ability in data analysis, and being able to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Flexible and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.</li><li>Fluency in oral and written English.</li><li>Proficiency Knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excell.</li></ul>About SKY express:SKY express&nbsp;is a rapidly growing airline, enhancing connectivity across its expanding network. The&nbsp;Online Travel Agent Accounts Executive&nbsp;is responsible for managing relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to drive revenue and ensure the smooth functioning of online booking channels.The OTA Account Executive collaborates closely with internal teams to implement strategies aimed at optimizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contribute to the formulation and implementation of digital sales strategy.</li><li>Maximise short- and long-term revenue opportunities and reduce cost of sale.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with new and existing OTA accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, including fares, schedules, and promotions, is displayed on OTA platforms.</li><li>Utilize data analytics tools to analyze OTA performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.</li><li>Generate key performance insights, market trends and business opportunities.</li><li>Monitor OTA performance metrics and devise strategies to maximize revenue generation and profitability.</li><li>Address any booking or payment issues promptly and efficiently, liaising with OTAs and internal departments to ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.</li><li>Provide input and initiate recommendations involving product placement, pricing, and program/policy formulation to optimize GQ sales within each trade partner’s marketplace.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Keen attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the airline or travel industry.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.</li><li>Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.</li></ul>About SKY express:We are the Greek multi-awarded airline for excellence and innovation in Europe, which is redefining the landscape of aviation.
