Sidenor, is looking for a SAP Business Applications Support Specialist for its Headquarters in Maroussi. Sidenor Group is a leading steel producer in Southeastern Europe with 4 production units in Greece, Bulgaria and Northern Macedonia.&nbsp;The Group's products are available in more than 50 countries with a significant contribution to the economic growth, such as those of steel reinforcing for building and infrastructure projects, shipbuilding and various other industrial applications.&nbsp;If you want to be part of this large and dynamic organization, Sidenor Group has the opportunity for you!&nbsp;As the&nbsp;SAP Business Applications Support Specialist,&nbsp;you will report to the Business Applications Senior Manager and be responsible for supporting SAP implementations and collaborating with different departments to ensure the quality and adoption&nbsp;of&nbsp;the projects and system harmonization&nbsp;What you will need to do:<ul><li>Business Analysis and Configuration on the following SAP Modules MM, SD</li><li>Objects development (ABAP) &nbsp;</li><li>Perform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP for Change Requests and Projects</li><li>Roles &amp; Authorizations</li><li>Master and maintain detailed knowledge of relevant SAP Modules</li><li>Work with external consultants to complete projects, Change Requests and other issues within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption</li><li>Guide and provide assistance to team members on a variety of Business Application topics</li><li>Train end-users and ensure documentations are done as per the Group’s standards</li><li>Monitor and coordinate Business Applications tickets, resolve and provide support as per the agreed SLAs</li><li>Host regular reviews with business personnel on status &amp; performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery</li><li>Conduct technical training to fellow Associates/New Joiners</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to possess:<ul><li>BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems</li></ul><ul><li>At least 2 years of hands on, project-based SAP experience in one or more of the following modules SD, MM</li><li>At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP objects development</li><li>Experience in SAP interfaces with other Applications</li></ul><ul><li>Any SAP Certification is a plus</li><li>Any other areas/modules of SAP experience and/or on user configuration will be considered as a plus</li><li>Previous experience working with large and complex matrix structures will also be considered as a plus</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What will lead you to success:<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills (Greek &amp; English)</li><li>Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and listening</li><li>Must be able to work as a team player yet have the ability to work independently</li><li>Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach</li><li>Strong stakeholder management ability</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects/request/issues</li></ul>&nbsp;What we will offer to you:<ul><li>A workplace with a strong focus on values of teamwork, integrity, and ownership</li><li>Dynamic and friendly working environment</li><li>Competitive remuneration and benefits package</li><li>Continuous training and career development opportunities</li><li>Private medical &amp; health insurance plan</li><li>Food vouchers</li><li>Mental health support line</li></ul>
