We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our e-Comm/Marketing team.&nbsp;Your role as a Digital Marketing SpecialistAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Pet City Group’s digital presence and customer engagement across multiple digital touchpoints. Through content creation, CRM communications, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring, you will contribute to building meaningful connections with our community of pet parents and support the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.Your creativity, strong organisational skills, data-driven mindset, and passion for digital trends and customer experience combined with your love for pets will be key to succeeding in this role! Key Responsibilities Content &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across social media channels.</li><li>Create and publish engaging digital content, including posts, stories, and short-form videos.</li><li>Bried and coordinate with creative partners and external collaborators, for content and campaign production.</li><li>Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights and engagement metrics. </li></ul>CRM &amp; Customer Communications<ul><li>Plan, set up, and send email newsletters and Viber campaigns</li><li>Create compelling copy for emails, push notifications, and digital communication materials.</li><li>Monitor and optimize CRM automations and lifecycle marketing flows. </li></ul>Digital Campaigns &amp; Brand Consistency<ul><li>Collaborate with digital marketing partners and agencies&nbsp;for campaign planning and execution</li><li>Support the rollout of ongoing campaigns and promotional activations</li><li>Ensure brand consistency&nbsp;across all digital touchpoints </li></ul>SEO &amp; Website Content<ul><li>Monitor SEO performance&nbsp;and optimize&nbsp;meta titles,&nbsp;descriptions and on-site content</li><li>Coordinate with partners to improve organic visibility and search performance</li></ul>&nbsp;Data &amp; Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Track website and campaign performance&nbsp;through GA4</li><li>Analyze&nbsp;key metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered a plus.</li><li>2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an eCommerce/OMNI environment or digital marketing agency.</li><li>Hands-on experience in social media content creation, digital marketing platforms, and creative briefing.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation flows.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital campaign performance.</li><li>Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 to monitor and evaluate marketing performance.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate insights into actions. </li></ul>What we offer💶 Competitive compensation package 🎓 Opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-growing company 💼 Friendly and collaborative working environment 💊 Special prices and discounts on healthcare, well-being, and insurance packages through our network of partners 🩺 Private health insurance coverage 🏷️ Employee discounts on our products and services 🚀 Your professional and personal success is our commitment
