We are currently looking for an&nbsp;Administrative Assistant and Receptionist&nbsp;to join our fast-growing team in Athens. The successful candidate will offer his/her services onsite.&nbsp;Your role:Working under the supervision of the Management Assistant Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Receiving calls and dealing with clients, suppliers, and partners.</li><li>Welcoming guests.</li><li>Welcoming clients and guiding them to the relevant person or meeting room.</li><li>Meeting and event preparation and organization.</li><li>Handling of letters and packages: Sending and receiving, opening, and sending to correct of letters/ packages to the right departments.</li><li>Coordinating with the different business support departments.</li><li>Handling general administrative requests.</li><li>Managing the pool of managers and directors for Benelux.</li><li>Arranging internal and external meetings for the management team.</li></ul>Why NTT DATA?We value a collaborative and supportive environment, celebrating curiosity and engagementWe are committed to supporting the physical, financial and emotional well-being our of employeesCareer development. Any other language is an asset.</li></ul>
