We are currently seeking to hire a:&nbsp;&nbsp;JUNIOR CORPORATE LAWYER&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide accurate and timely legal advice on various issues, mainly related to commercial, corporate, civil, publi,c and labor law.</li><li>Draft, solidify, and review legal documents to ensure the company’s rights are correct.</li><li>Conduct legal research to stay up to date on changes in legislation and to ensure that your advice is based on the latest legal developments.</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.).</li><li>Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to all members of the organization.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:<ul><li>BSc degree in Law.</li><li>A Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Proven experience of at least three (3) years as a corporate lawyer in the business environment and/or a large law firm.
