Having a leadership presence in the automotive sector for over a century, at Saracakis Group of Companies, we are always looking for passionate people to join our ΙΤ team in Athens. We are currently seeking to hire a:Mid-Senior Business Intelligence and SQL Server ProfessionalDuties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain SSAS multidimensional and tabular models to enable efficient data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Create and manage SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Implement end-to-end business intelligence solutions using BILM tools and methodologies, ensuring data governance and metadata management.</li><li>Perform SQL Server administration tasks, including database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.</li><li>Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting requirements.</li><li>Design and develop visually appealing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain SSRS reports, delivering accurate and timely information to stakeholders.</li><li>Manage Azure SQL Server instances, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing performance.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in business intelligence, SQL Server, and Azure technologies, recommending improvements and best practices.</li></ul>The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of X years of experience as a Business Intelligence and SQL Server professional, with a focus on SSAS, SSIS, BILM, SQL Server Administration, Power BI, SSRS, Azure SQL Server Administration, and T-SQL.</li><li>Strong expertise in designing and implementing SSAS multidimensional and tabular models, with proficiency in MDX and DAX query languages.</li><li>Solid experience in developing SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes.</li><li>Proven track record in implementing end-to-end business intelligence solutions using BILM tools and methodologies.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of SQL Server administration tasks, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.</li><li>Advanced skills in developing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data retrieval and manipulation functions.</li><li>Proficiency in creating visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.</li><li>Experience managing Azure SQL Server instances and familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Relevant certifications in SSAS, SSIS, BILM, Power BI, and SQL Server Administration are a plus.</li></ul>Our company offers:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package (Salary, performance-based Yearly Bonus, and non-monetary Benefits and Perks).</li><li>Life &amp; Medical Insurance.</li><li>Training, career development prospects, and growth.</li><li>Modern, human-centric, and friendly working environment.</li></ul>
