Risk Management &amp; Assessment:&nbsp;Support the development, execution, and monitoring of risk management frameworks and internal audits to identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational risks across the organization.Third-Party Risk Oversight:&nbsp;Oversee the onboarding and monitoring of third parties, conducting risk-based due diligence, screenings, and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Cross-Functional Collaboration:&nbsp;Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and ESG teams to evaluate third-party risks and promote a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.Investigations &amp; Reporting:&nbsp;Lead internal investigations into potential non-compliance or misconduct, and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as needed.Policy Development &amp; Training:&nbsp;Develop and update compliance policies and processes in line with regulatory changes, and deliver training programs to ensure organization-wide understanding and implementation.Compliance Monitoring &amp; Culture:&nbsp;Ensure consistent application of compliance procedures across business units, and support efforts to embed a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.What will you bring?Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Greek law.Professional Experience:&nbsp;At least 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role, ideally in underwriting, AML, or anti-corruption.Regulatory &amp; Standards Knowledge:&nbsp;Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards; familiarity with anti-corruption frameworks (e.g., ISO 37001) is a plus.Certifications:&nbsp;Professional certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, CCEP, or equivalent are highly valued.Skills &amp; Competencies:&nbsp;Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.Communication &amp; Collaboration:&nbsp;Proficiency in English, with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate health insuranceFlexible working model
