A Front Office Receptionist needs to deal with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional sales-oriented manner following the company standards and procedures. To participate in all activities of the Front Office such as handling daily transactions accurately, answering and transferring telephone calls, escorting guests to their rooms and showing all hotel facilities.Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>Manage the efficient operation of the Front Office engaging in all related tasks and procedures (check in-out, welcoming guests, payments/orders process, deal with any special requests, complaints etc.)</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of guest care is maintained</li><li>Provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service at all times</li><li>Operate relevant switchboard, call center and reservations software as per all Front Office related activities</li><li>Excellent personal presentation at all times</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field.</li><li>Master’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field would be considered as extra asset.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a 5* property</li><li>Excellent command of English language. Front Office Receptionist

As a Bell Boy, you give the first and last impression to our guests. You will be primarily responsible to greet and welcome all guests to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. Finally, you will deal with general enquiries and ensure the lobby and entrance areas are always clean and tidy.Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>To be present at the entrance or in the lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.</li><li>Provide a warm welcome to guests arriving at the hotel according to the hotel quality standards.</li><li>Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.</li><li>Checks the daily arrival list for VIPs or guests with special need.</li><li>Tag baggage and return the identification slips to guests.</li><li>Escorts guests to room, placing luggage in room assigned by front desk.</li><li>Inspects guest room for order and adequate supplies and informs guests of room amenities.</li><li>Delivers faxes, messages, packages and flowers to guests’ rooms and other offices.</li><li>Provide items on loan to guest and collect the items back from guest before departure.</li><li>Ensure safe storage and collect ticketing of guest coats and personal items.</li><li>Ensure the lobby and hotel entrance areas are always clean and tidy.</li><li>Assist guest with long term luggage storage requests /left luggage requests.</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>Good command of the English language. Η ομάδα της οροφοκομίας αποτελείται από καμαριέρες και καμαριέρους, λινοθηκάριους, βοηθούς προϊσταμένου/ης ορόφων και προϊστάμενο/η ορόφων. Είναι ένα διαδραστικό και δυναμικό περιβάλλον. Όλοι οι επισκέπτες λαμβάνουν επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση σε σωστό χρόνο και η εξυπηρέτηση αυτή μπορεί να περιλαμβάνει από το καθάρισμα του δωματίου και τη φροντίδα των ενδυμάτων, έως και την καθαριότητα των κοινόχρηστων χώρων και την εξασφάλιση ενός καθαρού περιβάλλοντος.&nbsp;Περιγραφή θέσης:&nbsp;Η/Ο βοηθός Προϊσταμένης/ου Ορόφων είναι υπεύθυνη/ος για την εν γένει εύρυθμη λειτουργία του τμήματος της οροφοκομίας. Συγκεκριμένα, διασφαλίζει ότι τα δωμάτια και όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου διατηρούνται σε υψηλά επίπεδα καθαριότητας. Επιπρόσθετα, επιβλέπει τη λειτουργία της λινοθήκης και της διανομής υλικού.&nbsp;Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:&nbsp;<ul><li>Συντελεί στην οργάνωση και κατανομή του προσωπικού του τμήματος του/της ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε ανάγκες πληρότητας, αφίξεις/αναχωρήσεις, κ.λπ.&nbsp;</li><li>Επιβλέπει σχολαστικά τον καθαρισμό των δωματίων.&nbsp;</li><li>Επιβλέπει σχολαστικά τον καθαρισμό των γραφείων και κοινόχρηστων χώρων.&nbsp;</li><li>Γνωρίζει τους κανόνες/αρχές του συστήματος HACCP και υγειονομικών πρωτοκόλλων και μεριμνά για την εφαρμογή τους.&nbsp;</li><li>Μεριμνά για τα requests πελατών και άλλων ιδιαιτεροτήτων (π.χ. anniversary, honeymoon, birthday))&nbsp;</li><li>Ελέγχει τακτικά τα office ως προς την οργάνωσή τους.&nbsp;</li><li>Διανέμει τις παραγγελίες επιπλέον ειδών στα δωμάτια (λινών, μαξιλαριών, ειδών μπάνιου κ.ά.) ακολουθώντας τα standards εξυπηρέτησης του ξενοδοχείου.&nbsp;</li><li>Ενημερώνει άμεσα τον υπεύθυνο της συντήρησης για τυχόν βλάβες είτε ζημιές που εντοπίζονται στα δωμάτια.&nbsp;</li></ul>Απαραίτητα προσόντα:&nbsp;<ul><li>Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε ανάλογη θέση σε τεσσάρων / πέντε αστέρων ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.&nbsp;</li><li>Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Πτυχίο Τουριστικής Εκπαίδευσης (θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν).&nbsp;</li><li>Γνώση λογισμικού διαχείρισης ξενοδοχείων (θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν).&nbsp;</li></ul>Απαραίτητες δεξιότητες και αξίες:&nbsp;<ul><li>Καλή και άνετη επικοινωνία με πελάτες&nbsp;</li><li>Επαγγελματισμός / Υπευθυνότητα&nbsp;</li><li>Κριτική σκέψη και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων&nbsp;</li><li>Ηγετικές ικανότητες και πνεύμα ομαδικότητας&nbsp;</li></ul>
