As an Information Technology Service Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of our software development and support team. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting No Code/Low Code Workflow Platform and its applications for implementing ESM/ITSM Framework. Your role involves collaborating with software engineers to deliver solutions aligned with user needs and business requirements. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers, perform software upgrades, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.&nbsp;Your Tasks:<ul><li>Configure, maintain, enhance, and support No Code/Low Code Workflow Platform and its applications.</li><li>Customize and add new features to software solutions based on business requirements.</li><li>Interact with customers to understand their processes and business needs.</li><li>Develop software using low-code and no-code platforms to address specific needs.</li><li>Support customer operations related to software packages and developed solutions.</li><li>Conduct tests for applications, troubleshoot problems, and assist with product launches. Workload Automation Engineer
