Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to help with our global expansion.This role will mainly focus on various corporate and/or business hiring (CS, Compliance, Operations, etc.).Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners.This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension is, theoretically possible, but can’t be guaranteed. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on business function hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting business/operation functions. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business)

As a Senior HR Implementation Manager, you will lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). You will oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out.</li><li>Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.</li><li>Become an expert user of the Deel HR tools to provide expert guidance on its features and functionalities, including its touch-points with other Deel products.</li><li>Using Project Management tools to guide clients through their onboarding journey, including guiding client through the planning phase during the sales cycle</li><li>Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
