The Production Engineer ensures the smooth operation of production departments by overseeing day-to-day assembly processes, resolving technical issues, supporting team leaders, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role contributes to the optimization of human and material resources, while maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment. &nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and support team leaders across production departments to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Provide technical guidance and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly of products</li><li>Collaborate with the Production Planning function to ensure timely and accurate execution of production schedules</li><li>Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and information security standards</li><li>Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and minimize waste or delays</li><li>Handle and resolve conflicts within production teams, fostering a positive and cooperative environment</li><li>Assist in training and developing production staff to maintain high performance and technical standards</li><li>Prepare, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Production Manager</li><li>Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with Raycap’s high-quality standards and company policies</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (polytechnic school)</li><li>1–3 years of experience in a relevant engineering or production management position</li><li>Excellent command of English (oral and written)</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems</li><li>Working knowledge of design software (Solidworks, Autocad)</li><li>Strong technical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Solid organizational and leadership abilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>

The Technician ensures that all products, components, and processes meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role is responsible for performing inspections, monitoring compliance with quality policies, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of management systems to maintain high levels of product and operational excellence. &nbsp;Primary Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute and maintain comprehensive quality product inspections.</li><li>Inspect First Articles, incoming components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and in-process assemblies and subassemblies according to Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements.</li><li>Oversee the resolution of all corrective actions.</li><li>Initiate quality improvement recommendations.</li><li>Support the improvement and development of management systems within the organization, including preparation for and participation in the internal audit process.</li><li>Be aware of, participate in, and comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Information Security policies, regulations, and management system requirements. Uphold high-quality standards at all times and ensure subordinates act in the same manner.</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Technical degree as an Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field.</li><li>Experience in a technical field will be considered an asset.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Highly observant and detail-oriented.</li><li>Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office; SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the English language.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills. &nbsp;</li></ul>

Quality Technician

Support the Maintenance Team in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of machinery and equipment.Primary Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining and servicing automated plant machinery to minimize downtime.</li><li>Provide support during equipment or machinery repairs.</li><li>Help identify and analyze equipment failures and contribute to corrective actions.</li><li>Support technical training sessions for team members.</li><li>Assist in coordinating work performed by outside contractors and vendors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety regulations and good working practices.</li><li>Monitor operations and report any issues to senior technicians.</li><li>Participate in maintaining high standards of Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Information Security policies.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding.</li><li>Attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work under guidance.</li><li>Willingness to work on an on-call schedule.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts.</li><li>Teamwork spirit, transparency, and results orientation.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Competencies/Additional Skills<ul><li>Teamwork spirit, transparency, and results orientation.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Very good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Raycap is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
