We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Outsourcing department in Athens. The successful candidate will initially focus on recruitment tasks and gradually transition into broader&nbsp;HR generalist&nbsp;responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full recruitment cycle and support various HR administrative functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.&nbsp; Please note that the working model for this position is on-site&nbsp;(either PwC’s or Client’s premises).&nbsp;SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’T.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We’re working for something bigger than ourselves.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;be proud to be part of it. Your job description:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Handle the administration of the employee's lifecycle, (e.g.&nbsp;hiring, exit etc.).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate&nbsp;employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Administer Compensation &amp; Benefits plans, including data management and compliance monitoring.&nbsp;</li><li>Gather and analyze data using HR metrics, preparing detailed and actionable reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct reviews of employment conditions to ensure alignment with legal compliance standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify&nbsp;and address process improvement opportunities&nbsp;within HR operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle on behalf of clients, including sourcing, screening, updating candidate tracking systems (ATS) and interviewing candidates using a broad range of selection tools and methods, while ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with&nbsp;labor laws and industry standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide strategic recruitment advice to clients, ensuring their talent acquisition processes align with market trends and company&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively source candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), using innovative sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.&nbsp;</li><li>Present the shortlisted candidates to the clients and provide comprehensive reports for each candidate, detailing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit based on the evaluation process.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide an exceptional experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring all hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;cost effective&nbsp;manner.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities.
