Pilot Beach Resort is the pioneer of Tourism in the area of Georgioupoli in Chania.With over 30 years of operations, is established in the European market with many International awards.The resort spans an area of 150 hectares, between the beach and the mountains.450 rooms in 9 different categories with 4 restaurants, 2 bars, 5 pools, a spa center, a conference center and sports facilities.Over 350 employees seize the opportunity to work in a pleasant, professional environment with opportunities to develop.The&nbsp;Pool Lifeguard&nbsp;is responsible for the day-to-day operation and safety of the swimming pool, the surrounding areas and supervising pool activitiesDuties - Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To be present around the pool/beach at all times, to ensure the safety and meet the needs of guests and members.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To maintain the pool/beach area in a tidy and clean manner at all times.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
