As an&nbsp;IT Manager&nbsp;you will oversee the entire organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations, and manage the IT team.How you will contribute to our success:<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, data infrastructure specialist, application developers and IT support staff.</li><li>Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.</li><li>Develop and implement IT strategies, initiatives, and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and objectives.</li><li>Control Department’s Budget and ensure positive ROI;</li><li>Ensure IT Systems and Policies are compliant with ISO 27001 requirements;</li><li>Coordinate the security and integrity of IT systems, networks, and data through the implementation of robust security measures, protocols, and best practices.</li><li>Monitor and assess the organization's IT security posture, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.</li><li>Organize IT projects and produce timely and in-budget results through prioritization, resource allocation and capacity management.</li></ul>To be a fit you will need:<ul><li>Degree in&nbsp;Electrical and Computer Engineering&nbsp;or a related field; Master's degree preferred;</li><li>Proven experience in a leadership role in IT and project management of&nbsp;multi-disciplinary&nbsp;departments;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of IT systems, architectures, technologies, and best practices;</li><li>Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, risk management, and security frameworks;</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, develop and motivate high-performing teams;</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results, innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package;</li><li>Active participation in exciting and challenging projects that shape the infrastructure of the future;</li><li>Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career through on the job training;</li><li>Other corporate benefits.</li></ul>Phoenix Engineering is an equal opportunity employer.
