We’re looking for Boiler Engine House Technician to join our Manufacturing team.&nbsp; In the Factory, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact. PMI’s new smoke-free products have changed the way we work. New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Your ‘day to day’<ul><li>Ensure continuous and reliable operation of Boiler/Engine House and auxiliary equipment in collaboration with production and technical teams. Monitor and analyze performance, safety, and quality KPIs</li><li>Maximize equipment availability while actively working to reduce operational disruptions. Drive process and equipment improvements to enhance overall efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities for Boiler/Engine House equipment, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan. Resolve technical issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to eliminate chronicle losses.</li></ul><ul><li>Uphold company standards for safety, productivity, quality, and environmental compliance in all activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with production technical teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off</li></ul>&nbsp;Who we’re looking for•Technical academic background, Department of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering•2-5 previous working experience in industrial environment will be considered a plus•Passionate individuals who yearn for challenges, continuous learning and growth opportunities•Fluency in English (verbal &amp; written)•Completed Military obligations (if applicable)&nbsp;What we offerOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress. Boiler House Technician

You’ll be solving electrical&nbsp;problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world.Your ‘day to day’<ul><li>Maintain the electrical equipment conditions/standards and perform activities to the assigned equipment to ensure the continuous and reliable operation, to maximize production and product quality according to PMI safety standards</li><li>Perform interventions on all electrical &amp; automation equipment of the production asset park including also peripheral equipment</li><li>Ensure that the process and products meet the quality and productivity standards and takes proper corrective actions if needed</li><li>Resolve breakdowns and perform proper equipment settings and adjustments or technical modifications. Identify the source of each technical problem and take proper actions to solve it and eliminate possibility of re-occurrence</li><li>Close cooperation with Mechanical Technicians in performing maintenance activities to keep the equipment in basic condition</li><li>Analyze performance and quality indicators, and support production to achieve KPI objectives, provide solutions in difficult technical issues</li><li>Create competitive advantages on existing company physical assets by providing innovative technical solutions for strategic company decisions and cost-reduction projects</li><li>Manage spare parts availability and proper use on equipment. Monitor all technical changes on equipment and update technical manuals of equipment. Keep track of software modification and documentation</li><li>Support on back office activities such as creation of work instructions and standards for electrical tasks</li></ul>Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off.&nbsp;Who we’re looking for<ul><li>Technological Educational Institute degree in Electrical engineering coupled with the&nbsp;ΠΔ: 108/2013&nbsp;technical license.</li><li>3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment as an electrical technician is a must.</li><li>Proven experience on industrial automation (PLC Step 7, SCADA, electrical cabinets, servo-motion)</li><li>Electrical CAD (e-plan) and ERP knowledge are considered an asset</li><li>Experience in Continuous improvement programs (TPM/LEAN) are considered an asset</li><li>MS Office&nbsp;literacy</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal &amp; written) is a must.</li><li>Completed Military obligations (if applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offerOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
