Senior Associate, CX Designer

The Manager, eCommerce Solutions will be responsible for managing solution delivery efforts, coordinating scope and cost with commercial business teams, documenting requirements, then leading design and delivery of solutions for eCommerce at Pfizer.&nbsp; This includes new product launches, and expansion of our eCommerce capabilities. The Network Automation Engineer will design, build, and maintain automation services that support Pfizer’s global network infrastructure. The Order to Cash Collections Analyst will form part of a virtual Global O2C Collections team reporting under the Global O2C Collections Director, Jennifer Strecker. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of activities such as Customer Collections and dunning, customer account management, query and dispute management.
