We are seeking an experienced Global Cloud Services Delivery Lead, Europe to lead Pfizer’s cloud engineering and operations program in Thessaloniki. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Cloud Engineering and Operations, this leader will lead cloud services for CDI - Thessaloniki and support global initiatives across cloud platform architecture, infrastructure automation, workload migration, and operational excellence. Global Cloud Services Delivery Lead, Europe

The position will focus on WAN, DMZ and Cloud engineering which will also encompass working with application support teams, Global information security and monitoring/automation teams.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the management of WAN-DMZ assets, both physical and virtual, ensuring lifecycle governance of deployed infrastructure.</li><li>Serve as a technical escalation point for complex incident resolution and solutioning across WAN, DMZ, and cloud environments.</li><li>Drive the automation of network operations, including configuration management, monitoring, and remediation workflows to reduce toil and risk.</li><li>Support the definition and evolution of WAN, DMZ, and Cloud design standards, including authoring detailed technical design documents and maintaining accurate physical/logical diagrams.</li><li>Collaborate on the research, development, and deployment of new WAN/cloud services, technologies, and features with a focus on automation and scalability.</li><li>Lead infrastructure changes from requirements gathering through implementation, including design, analysis, testing, and optimization.</li><li>Architect resilient and efficient network designs to ensure high availability and performance across core data centers and cloud platforms.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (Firewall Engineering, Network Operations, Global Information Security, DDI Engineering) to develop and enforce global standards.</li><li>Install and configure network hardware/software in alignment with design standards and change management protocols.</li><li>Identify and update inaccurate support documentation; drive continual service improvement initiatives.</li><li>Stay current on emerging technologies, especially in network automation, micro-segmentation, adaptive policy, and zero-trust network access.</li><li>Contribute to the long-term strategy for global WAN-DMZ services, with a focus on automation, observability, and resilience.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required, major in a technical field such as Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering. A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.</li><li>4+ years of experience in network automation and orchestration, including scripting with Terraform, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.</li><li>Proven ability to automate operational processes, including configuration deployment, compliance checks, and incident response.</li><li>Experience supporting and mentoring a global team of technical engineers.</li><li>Deep knowledge of network technologies, including Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and Cisco Viptela SD-WAN.</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud networking services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including automated provisioning and policy enforcement.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCSE, CISSP, or equivalent expertise.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.</li><li>Understanding of IT operations best practices in highly available, distributed environments.</li><li>A strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Process oriented with great documentation skills</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving and troubleshooting ability</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision</li></ul>

Manager, Integration Engineer

JOB SUMMARY<ul><li>A highly productive, independent statistical data sciences lead ensuring excellence in the delivery of analysis ready datasets, analysis results, and displays such as tables, listings, and figures to advance research, development, and commercialization of the Pfizer portfolio following Pfizer SOPs and processes.</li><li>Ensures adherence to high quality statistical data sciences principles, processes and techniques in the production of clinical reports.</li><li>This role is the statistical data sciences point of contact at the study level, and will support at the asset/submission level.</li></ul>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Will deliver through combination of oversight of in-house statistical data scientists / vendors / offshore support as well as through hands on application of statistical data sciences techniques (e.g., use of tools such as SAS, R, and Python to process clinical trial data and big data sources such as Real World Evidence to inform decision making).</li><li>Works with department leadership and project teams to establish strategy, timelines, and resourcing of deliverables for their study(ies).</li><li>Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of datasets, analysis results and displays required for their clinical study reports as well as other asset level deliverables they may contribute to under the leadership of the asset lead.</li><li>Ensures appropriate documentation across the lifespan of the study for deliverables and verifies proper Trial Master File filings when appropriate.</li><li>Ensures planning is in place for all deliverables including consideration of special data types and downstream uses of data.</li><li>Works with statisticians, statistical data science resources and other colleagues as appropriate to ensure clear specifications for deliverables are in place.</li><li>Will be knowledgeable in core safety standards as well as Therapeutic Area standards or Industry data standards for unique data types pertinent to their project.
