The Digital organization powers Pfizer with putting medicines in the hands of patients, while maintaining the highest standards of innovative digital solutions. The Digital PGS Creation Center Team enables Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) to win the digital race in pharma and provides innovative digital solutions that unleashes the power of our people by allowing them to focus their time on value-add activities. Our solutions accelerate key PGS initiatives and help PGS sites realize benefits of continuous improvement more rapidly. Solution Design &amp; Adoption (SD&amp;A) is a multidisciplinary team that enables End to End user experience efforts from the needs assessment through delivery and experience measurement, by using collaborative methods with a user-centered focus to ensure the best digital solutions are in the hands of our PGS and Digital PGS colleagues. Our team consists of two main areas under which our disciplines are divided across. Solution Design focuses on User Research, Design Strategy, Product Design and Design Systems Framework. Solution Adoption focuses on Trainings, Communications and Change Management of our digital PGS solutions. Our team operates as a horizontal shared service to enable the full Digital PGS creation center. (Digital Manufacturing, Digital Quality, Digital Supply, &amp; Digital Site)&nbsp;ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The Sr Associate - Product Design &amp; User Experience (UX) Research colleague’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Contribute to the vision and strategy of uniting all solutions under a common set of design practices, design standards, and visual language</li><li>Translate insights and strategy into tangible design proposals to inspire and advance innovation</li><li>Support design teams to scope initiatives, identify priorities, and deliver projects that have multiple stakeholders and moving parts within an Agile framework</li><li>Create design-led approaches to complex problems involving people, processes, and systems</li><li>Produce deliverables including personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, test plans, personas, and user journeys to communicate with stakeholders</li><li>Strong visual design skills  · Monitor and track progress throughout development and maintain quality of standards</li><li>Identify and understand business context, demands, and opportunities</li></ul>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>A bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience in Product, Service, Interaction Design or related field</li><li>A solid understanding and demonstration of user centric design principles. Senior Associate, Product Design

The Order to Cash Collections Analyst will form part of a virtual Global O2C Collections team reporting under the Global O2C Collections Director, Jennifer Strecker. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of activities such as Customer Collections and dunning, customer account management, query and dispute management. Completion of these activities will ensure that F&amp;GBS continue to support the achievement of working capital objectives and Leadership amongst other key stakeholders will have access to timely, accurate, and complete Order to Cash information. The successful candidate will receive the benefit of working for a stable and very well-established international corporation with a sonorous name and highly established organizational culture.
