Είμαστε περήφανοι που είμαστε ένα εξαιρετικό μέρος για εργασία και κερδίσαμε πρόσφατα το βραβείο του Καλύτερου Εργοδότη για την Ελλάδα!Σε μεγαλύτερη κλίμακα, η PepsiCo παράγει το μεγαλύτερο χαρτοφυλάκιο τροφίμων και αναψυκτικών δισεκατομμυρίων δολαρίων στον κόσμο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων 22 σειρών προϊόντων που κάθε μία παράγει περισσότερα από δισεκατομμύριο σε ετήσιες λιανικές πωλήσεις.Αναζητούμε να καλύψουμε την θέση του Packaging Operator.Responsibilities• Χειρισμός της γραμμής συσκευασίας σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές της εταιρίας• Έλεγχος ορθής λειτουργίας της γραμμής συσκευασίας κατά την διάρκεια της παραγωγής• Μέτρηση ποιοτικών χαρακτηριστικών συσκευασίας κατά την διάρκεια της παραγωγής• Εκτέλεση εβδομαδιαίου προγράμματος προληπτικής συντηρήσης των γραμμών συσκευασίας• Τήρηση και εκτέλεση του ημερήσιου προγράμματος συσκευασίας• Διαχείριση ημερήσιων εγγράφων σχετικά με την γραμμή και τα υλικά συσκευασίας• Εφαρμογή όλων των διαδικασιών διασφάλισης ποιότητας (καθαρισμός του χώρου ευθύνης)• Τήρηση των κανόνων ασφαλείας και ορθών βιομηχανικών πρακτικώνQualifications• Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / ΕΠΑΛ/ ΙΕΚ Μηχανολογίας, Ηλεκτρολογίας, Αυτοματισμού• Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον (θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα)• Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενο πρόγραμμα 3 βαρδιών.• Βασική γνώση MS Office• Επιθυμητή γνώση Αγγλικών• Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια• Φιλοδοξία για συνεχή εκπαίδευση και εξέλιξη

For more information, visit www.pepsico.comResponsibilitiesThis position serves as the primary point of contact between the Supply Chain function and the Sales team, ensuring full visibility of the product portfolio and maintaining optimal service levels.<ul><li>Act as the main Supply Chain contact for the largest OT account, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service levels through proactive engagement and responsiveness.</li><li>Manage scheduling, transportation, and repacking follow-up, including daily coordination with production to ensure availability.</li><li>Monitor weekly customer inventory per SKU and prepare optimized replenishment orders for the Distribution Center.</li><li>Provide full portfolio visibility to the Sales team, ensuring alignment on priorities and supply constraints.</li><li>Adjust orders to optimize truck utilization and influence customer order patterns when necessary.</li><li>Track and monitor customer marketing and promotional plans, ensuring volumes are accurately reflected in forecasts.</li><li>Support customer growth through value-driven proposals that align with financial goals for both PepsiCo and the customer.</li><li>Deliver comprehensive service level reporting, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions for any issues across the portfolio.</li></ul>Report and analyze key supply chain KPIs including service level, Days on Hand (DOH), fill rate, logistics cost per unit (CPU) per customer, and service satisfaction.Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, ideally in customer-facing roles.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.</li><li>Proven experience in creating, managing, and analyzing Business Intelligence (BI) reports (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).</li><li>Strong customer orientation, proactive mindset, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across various levels.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li></ul>
