At PepsiCo, what makes you unique, makes us better!Responsibilities1.Accountability for Finished Goods Obsolescence Reporting for Snacks and Beverages Greece. This will involve:<ul><li>Weekly Finished Goods Freshness reports population</li><li>Finished Goods Freshness Risks communication to all involved stakeholders in a regular basis</li><li>Action Planning and follow up on identified freshness risks</li><li>Governance of Monthly Rootcausing of reported Finished Goods Obsoletes</li></ul>The above accountabilities involve decision making, sharing information, and consultation offering. In order to achieve these accountabilities, the role incumbent will need to collaborate closely with different departments of the Company: Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Demand Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Customization, DRP Planning.2.Accountability for Analytical tasks of Short and Long term demand planning for Snacks and Beverages Greece. This will involve:<ul><li>Weekly preparation of Forecast Accuracy reports and communication to all involved stakeholders</li><li>Support in the monthly Long Term Demand Planning cycle in terms of Long Term Demand Plan files maintenance and Business Intelligence gathering to support on the readiness for DMR Cycle</li></ul>The above accountabilities involve sharing information and execution actions. In order to achieve these accountabilities, the role incumbent will need to collaborate closely with different departments of the Company: Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Demand Planning.Qualifications• University degree• Strong Analytical skills, Microsoft Excel savvy&nbsp;• Robust undertastanding of Supply Chain Operations E2E (make, move) that can impact Waste generation&nbsp;• Good level of English• Strong communication and presentation skills• Cross functional communication and influence&nbsp;• Negotiation skills / Good listener
