We are seeking a&nbsp;Personal Assistant&nbsp;who will support the CEO, based in Athens.&nbsp; The appointed person would become a trusted right-hand person, thus discretion, diligence and professionalism is of utmost importance. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receives and screens Incoming Mail (including e-mails) and telephone calls, redirects messages or provides initial response as appropriate</li><li>Assists CEO in the preparation of Correspondence, Briefs and Presentations for internal and external meetings</li><li>Performs administrative tasks including Calendar Management for a high volume of internal and external meetings, management of Travel Arrangements, and completion of Expense Reports</li><li>Acts as a Liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff, directors, and other executives</li><li>Handling of Administrative Demands and cooperation with all departments</li><li>Additional ad hoc projects, as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business</li><li>Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a P.A or Assistant</li><li>Excellent command of the English and Greek language (both written &amp; verbal)</li><li>PC Skills with Emphasis on MS Excel &amp; MS PowerPoint</li><li>Energetic, adaptable, extremely organized, proactive, polite, confidentiality and discretion&nbsp;</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Private Insurance</li><li>Laptop &amp; Mobile Phone</li><li>Excellent working environment</li><li>Training &amp; Development</li></ul>The Values that define our culture are Kindness, Will and Combativeness.If these principles align with your values, join our team at a market-leading company and shape the future—together.
