The One&amp;Only Aesthesis Christmas Market is seeking a Retail Agent who can elevate the guest journey and deliver a seamless, high-touch retail experience throughout the festive season. This role operates at the heart of our holiday activation, supporting a dynamic environment where service excellence and brand storytelling are paramount.The Retail Agent will be responsible for driving the day-to-day retail operations within the market. This includes welcoming guests, curating an engaging product showcase, and ensuring each interaction reflects the signature standards of One&amp;Only. The position requires an agile mindset, as the market environment is fast paced and highly guest-centric, with continuous opportunities to anticipate needs and enhance the overall atmosphere.Core responsibilities encompass managing transactions, maintaining visual merchandising, replenishing stock, and safeguarding the accuracy of inventory flows. The Retail Agent will also support promotional activities, proactively communicate product features, and uphold the operational rhythm required during peak holiday traffic.Success in this role hinges on a refined service orientation, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Candidates should bring prior experience in retail or hospitality, a polished presentation, and the ability to operate with professionalism under pressure. Assumes responsibility of the smooth operation of the Boutique, maintaining appropriate levels of stock and supplies for the team.&nbsp;Will liaise with all guests in a polite and professional manner.&nbsp;Will prepare any financial reports if required.&nbsp;Key Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Takes responsibility to ensure that all displays are attractive and well maintained.</li><li>Provides a warm and professional manner when interacting with guests and team members.</li><li>Is responsible for all promotional activities and ensuring that targets are met.</li><li>Conducts any additional sales related activities as their role dictates.</li><li>Ensures that any guest preferences are accurately report to the Front Office Team for updating in the SAGA system for future use.</li><li>Follow the brand principles of We Create Joy in every interaction both internally and externally.</li><li>Ensure that the retail outlet is always manned.</li><li>Will maintain any cash floats and record keeping as required by the Finance team.</li><li>Will conduct and support an inventory as directed by the finance team.</li><li>Conduct and helps to compile any reports as requested by the senior management.</li><li>Will partake in any training as required either by their direct manager or One&amp;Only Resorts.</li><li>Will partake in any cross-training activities as and when requested.</li><li>To assist with any other duties as required by the line manager or another member of the management team.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience Retail agents position preferable in a hotel setting.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English</li><li>Computer Literacy</li><li>Telephone Etiquette</li></ul>&nbsp;This position is for the summer season of 2025.SkH&nbsp;Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
