The IASO Group is interested in hiring for its offices in Marousi:Operations Junior consultant&nbsp;The ideal candidate will join the Digital Transformation unit and have the following main responsibilities:<ul><li>Day-to-day support all ERP business users by providing guidance, and solutions to their business requests</li><li>Help Desk - Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical or business process assistance over the phone or email</li><li>Perform remote troubleshooting, handling ticketing tool</li><li>Conducting UAT for new ERP development</li><li>Drive activities with users to gather information required to be analyzed</li><li>Support leadership and internal teams by providing useful data, insights, and business reports</li><li>Be engaged in different projects to build specific experience in the field of Business and IT controls, as well as the related management processes</li><li>User training</li></ul>#WinningRequirementsThe ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s and or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent</li><li>Analytical &amp; problem solving skills and ability to pay attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to solve problems</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of MS Office 365 applicati</li><li>Basic programming experience (SQL scripting, python, HTML5, XML, JavaScript) will be considered an asset</li><li>Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered an asset</li><li>Knowledge of HL7 communication standard</li><li>Knowledge in relational databases</li><li>&nbsp;Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly</li><li>Working experience on a similar field is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Military service fulfilled where applicable</li></ul>
