Senior SAP FI Consultant

TERNA S.A. is currently looking for an:IT Business Applications SpecialistResponsibilities:<ul><li>Assists in ensuring critical Business Applications, specifically SAP ERP systems, are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.</li><li>Assists with establishment and maintenance of user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.</li><li>Assists with providing Management / Support of SAP ERP systems and SAP User /Group Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration and access, Data creation, management of roles and profiles, trouble-shooting in access problems and completion of on-site documentation.</li><li>Assists in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting.</li><li>Assists with providing application support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service and virus protection management</li><li>Provides direct guest support and quality support to function rooms and conference services for relevant applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with administration of Microsoft O365 Apps, connection to global VPN and other communication tools.</li><li>Assists with GEK TERNA Group Websites administration, Active Directory Users &amp; Groups administration and SharePoint administration.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3 years of experience in IT.</li><li>SAP ERP good knowledge and support for Desktop OS and applications including patches.&nbsp;</li><li>IT Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with earlier relevant experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong PC skills based on Microsoft operating systems and applications.</li><li>Preferred knowledge of programming languages are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python.</li><li>Willing to work a flexible schedule to carry out all major responsibilities.
