GEK TERNA GROUP is currently looking for a:Senior SAP SD/MM ConsultantRole Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support and participate in SAP implementations through: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Go-Live and Support all phases</li><li>Business Analysis and Solution design on SD and MM topics</li><li>Perform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP SD and MM Components for Change Requests and small projects</li><li>Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules</li><li>Work with external Consultants to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption</li><li>Guide and provide assistance to team members on a variety of Supply Chain &amp; Logistics topics</li><li>Set up and maintain SAP Configuration Data e.g. Material Groups, Product Hierarchies etc.</li><li>Train End-Users and ensure documentations are done as per the Group’s standard</li><li>Resolve tickets and provide support as per the agreed SLAs</li><li>Host regular reviews with business personnel on status &amp; performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery</li><li>Conduct technical training to fellow Associates / New joiners</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems</li><li>At least 5 years of hands on, project based SAP SD &amp; MM experience gained on actual projects</li><li>Transportation and Credit Management in S/4HANA experience is a plus</li><li>Standard customizing, configuration and project life cycle implementation skills within SAP SD &amp; MM are required</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek &amp; English</li><li>Completion of SAP course/Certifications or project work through academics is a plus&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience working with large and complex matrix structures will also be considered as a plus</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening</li><li>Must be able to work as a team player yet have the ability to work independently</li><li>Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach</li><li>Strong stakeholder management ability</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage various projects/requests/issues</li></ul>The company offers:<ul><li>Company’s Health Insurance package</li><li>Personal professional development within a large group of companies</li></ul>

Senior SAP FI Consultant

TERNA S.A. is currently looking for an:IT Business Applications SpecialistResponsibilities:<ul><li>Assists in ensuring critical Business Applications, specifically SAP ERP systems, are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.</li><li>Assists with establishment and maintenance of user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.</li><li>Assists with providing Management / Support of SAP ERP systems and SAP User /Group Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration and access, Data creation, management of roles and profiles, trouble-shooting in access problems and completion of on-site documentation.</li><li>Assists in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting.</li><li>Assists with providing application support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service and virus protection management</li><li>Provides direct guest support and quality support to function rooms and conference services for relevant applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with administration of Microsoft O365 Apps, connection to global VPN and other communication tools.</li><li>Assists with GEK TERNA Group Websites administration, Active Directory Users &amp; Groups administration and SharePoint administration.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3 years of experience in IT.</li><li>SAP ERP good knowledge and support for Desktop OS and applications including patches.&nbsp;</li><li>IT Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with earlier relevant experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong PC skills based on Microsoft operating systems and applications.</li><li>Preferred knowledge of programming languages are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python.</li><li>Willing to work a flexible schedule to carry out all major responsibilities.
