The position reports to the Packaging Manager and will be responsible for providing effective management and supervision to the Packaging operation to support company’s strategic goals and objectives.<ul><li>Supervise Packaging operation in Can Line to ensure high quality and effective production</li><li>Manage the department KPIs</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, hygiene and legal requirements</li><li>Ensure standardised problem-solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day problems</li><li>Develop direct reports to ensure thorough understanding of packaging technology and effective process control</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>University Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. MSc will be considered as an asset</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in production preferably in Food &amp; Beverage Industry aτ supervisory level</li><li>Lean experience will be considered as an asset</li><li>Fluency in Greek &amp; Proficient in English</li><li>MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Structured personality distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities</li></ul>What you can expect from usWe foster an open communication and feedback culture in order to deal with our daily challenges.
