Talent Acquisition Specialist

We at&nbsp;Nova&nbsp;are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast-thinking&nbsp;HR Administration Specialist&nbsp;to be part of our successful team in our&nbsp;HR department.You have a challenging mission for:Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, with a particular focus on managing absenteeism, timekeeping, maternity leave, and overtime tasks. This role involves monitoring employee attendance, ensuring compliance with time management policies, and addressing absenteeism issues.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage shift cards, including uploading shift schedules, processing schedule changes, and ensuring that all shifts are accurately recorded and communicated to employees in a timely manner.
