We are looking for a motivated and experienced Worksite Marketing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote the distribution of individual Life &amp; Health insurance policies to members of our Group Policy pool. This position involves executing targeted marketing strategies to engage and extend group policyholders also as individual policyholders.Your&nbsp;day-to-day:<ul><li>Customer Engagement:&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with group policyholders and distribution channels through various ways (e.g., email, phone, in-person meetings) to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.</li><li>Provide personalized consultations to help members select the best individual policies for their needs.</li><li>Follow up with potential customers to ensure a smooth upsell process.</li><li>Sales Execution:</li><li>Conduct presentations and informational sessions at worksites to educate group policyholders about individual insurance options.</li><li>Utilize digital marketing tools and CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and HR departments and decision-makers within group policyholders.</li><li>Marketing Strategy Development:&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns.</li><li>Performance Monitoring:</li><li>Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication:</li><li>Maintain open communication channels with group policyholders to gather feedback and insights.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
