On a daily basis, the management of the company, as well as a team of Mental Health scientists, take care of the well-being of every employee and each team on a personal and professional level.&nbsp;As an HR Coordinator you will·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement Human Resources processes related to the hotel’s daily operational needs ensuring guest services and colleague productivity and safety·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strengthen team bonding between management team and line staff·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with the departments at all levels in communications and implementation of HR initiatives concerning all HR areas·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain, accurate and complete employee records·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare all the documents for HR policies and procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves, sickness·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cooperate with Recruitment Management team to ensure efficient and high-quality coverage of vacancies·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recruitment Process Administration (job ads tracking, screening, phone interviews, reporting)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan and organize social and community activities (Employee Events, community actions, etc)Entry Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Human Resources·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of Greek &amp; English language both verbal and written·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar position (previous HR experience within the luxury hospitality setting would be highly appreciated)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be familiar and knowledgeable of Greek legislation and processes.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong verbal communication·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skillsWe offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Accommodation with AC, wi-fi, laundry access and access to our open air gym·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuous training opportunities (hard &amp; soft skills)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Free Counseling line for our employees and their relatives (mental health &amp; business psychology)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Company laptop &amp; mobile phone·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Discounted Mini Market prices at our Employee dedicated market·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Two meals per day at the staff restaurant
