<h2>Job Description</h2>So, what are the main duties of a CRM Consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?&nbsp;As a CRM Consultant you will provide a&nbsp;mix of engineering &amp; consulting:<ul><li>Application&nbsp;Development &amp; Implementation</li><li>Create Business and Technical&nbsp;Documentation</li><li>Configure and Customize&nbsp;the application</li><li>Support &amp; Maintenance&nbsp;of existing&nbsp;CX/CRM&nbsp;implementations</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;Unit and Integration Test</li></ul>Joining us as a&nbsp;CRM Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled&nbsp;agile&nbsp;consultants teams&nbsp;working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. Mid-Senior CRM Consultant

<h2>Job Description</h2>Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Quality Assurance Officer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?&nbsp;As a Quality Assurance Officer you will:<ul><li>Be the primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Officer under EU projects is to ensure, throughquality planning &amp; control activities, that non-conformities of the services and deliverables against quality objectives and applicable review criteria are detected and reported.</li><li>The Quality Assurance officer, as a team member of the Quality Management team, is involved in themonitoring of the existing processes making sure that any agreed standards and procedures are followed, highlighting and leveraging areas of improvement by using a structured and managed manner.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What would make you a fit for the role:<ul><li>Having a university degree in Computer Science or related field; postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Total Quality Management.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years in a relevant position with advanced expertise in Quality Management (planning, assurance, control, continuous improvement).</li><li>Being Proficient in English (written and verbal).</li><li>Having strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality tools, and techniques (Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Business Process Mapping).</li><li>Familiarity with project and product management methodologies and frameworks (RUP, Agile, PMI, Prince2, COBIT).</li></ul>It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:<ul><li>Experience with software development methodologies and frameworks (Agile, SOA, TDD, BDD), and common CI/CD tools (e.g., J2EE, Java, HTML, PHP, Oracle stack, Git, Maven, Jenkins).</li><li>ITIL certification</li><li>Experience with EU institutions</li></ul><h2>Company Description</h2>We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a member of Netcompany Group A/S, and a leading European IT Solutions and Services company with a strong international presence and expertise, dedicated to responsible digitalisation.
