The AMS Documentation Employee is responsible for ensuring customs declarations comply with the Advanced Manifest System (AMS) Regulations for MSC inbound cargo to the European Union, the People’s Republic of China, the Panama Canal, United Kingdom, India, United States, Canada and Mexico. The goal is to minimize delays and avoid Customs Fines and disciplinary actions. Key Responsibilities:Daily distribution of worldwide manifest deadlines in line with AMS Regulations.Performance of AMS Declarations to respective Customs OfficesFollowing-up of vessel routings, prospects (ETA/ETL/ETD), assisting syncing of system data and update of AMS deadlines whenever necessaryTreating vessel rotation changes in line with system requirements and Customs regulationsLiaising with worldwide agency network, provision of guidance and assistance on uploading of BL manifestsWorking Hours:Employees work 5 days a week, which may include Saturday or Sunday as part of a rolling shift schedule.Shifts of a rolling schedule could be: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00 or 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 18:00-02:00.All shifts are performed onsite apart from the 23:00-07:00 and 18:00-02:00 shifts which are performed remotely.Required Qualifications:Skills &amp; Requirements:Fluency in English, both oral and writtenKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365Eagerness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentNo previous experience needed – we welcome fresh graduates with no prior experience Your Growth Path:At MSC, we offer more than just a job; we provide a career path filled with learning and development opportunities. AMS Documentation Employee

The Freight Rate Filing Employee is responsible for accurately filing ocean freight rates as agreed between the customer and MSC for specific transportation routes. This involves entering the information into our centralized database using our internal TMS application, streamlining the billing process for enhanced client convenience. Key Responsibilities:Receive new filing requests, meticulously examining the provided information to ensure adherence to Geneva Liner guidelines and seeking clarifications from agencies worldwide and Geneva HQ when details are unclear.Enter ocean freight rates into our internal TMS application.Investigate disputes between MSC and clients by identifying procedural lapses and determining steps that were not properly followed.Educate agents on necessary requirements, fostering an efficient workflow by ensuring timely filing of rates with fewer errors.Align with both individual and team goals, actively engage in team meetings, and uphold the company's core values.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00Required Qualifications: Skills &amp; Requirements:Fluency in English, both oral and written.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.Strong attention to detail.Good organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Eagerness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.No previous experience needed – we welcome fresh graduates with no prior experienceYour Growth Path:At MSC, we offer more than just a job; we provide a career path filled with learning and development opportunities.
